Casa Oberichter

The restaurant is located on the first floor of an ancient building of 1400, at the time home of the higher court (Oberrichter) of the valley, then passed from hand to hand over the centuries until the last owners, the family Nicolavcich-Gioitti. The family is 100% made by artists: Silvano craftsman carpenter, Marina, painter (and a thousand other things), Alessio opera singer and cook and Peter writer, poet and illustrator. Together they decided to embark on this journey by sharing their talents with all of their friends-customers, many of which have become collaborators in the many activities and artistic follies organized by the hosts.

In the kitchen, chef Alessio revisits the most ancient culinary traditions of the valley, his muse is the grandmother Nicolavcich, Austro-Hungarian cook. Some of his specialties are morsels of venison with cabernet and citrus fruit, Chamois goulash, roast suckling pig fat with hot and spicy sauce.
